Spring Camp: Daily Details
MARCH 24TH - MARCH 28TH
MONDAY DETAILS-NEEDS: 03/24/25
- Tuesday, March 25th is the DEADLINE to pay the discounted-$25 Entry Fee for Castaway Island and Urban Air (Click Here)
- Camp Hours Are From 8:00am to 4:00pm, But Students Can Arrive By 8:50am In Order To Not Miss Structured Activities
- ALL students MUST have a completed Waiver for the Coral Springs Urban Air Field Trip On Friday, 03/28 (Click Here)
- Digital devices (e.g. cellphone) brought by students can only be used during Sign-In, Lunch, Rec. Time, and Sign-out
- Digital devices that are used inappropriately (e.g. during activities) will be confiscated and then returned at Dismissal
- ALL parents MUST come to the EM Desk located in the Lobby Area in order to SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
- Parents are asked not to pack their child(ren) bagged lunches or snacks that contain peanut products (Optional)
- ALL parents MUST present their ID when they come to the camp to SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
- Pick Up Starts at 3:30pm and Camp CLOSES at 4PM; students MUST be picked up on time
- There will be a Mobile Game Truck present from 1:30pm to 3:30pm for students
- Reminder: Medications are NOT stored nor administered by EM Staff
- No microwaves are available for bagged lunches
TUESDAY DETAILS-NEEDS: 03/25/25

WEDNESDAY DETAILS-NEEDS: 03/26/25 - CASTAWAY ISLAND FIELD TRIP
- Students will first participate in various activities as well as eat their lunch, and then ALL students will depart on the bus at 12:00pm to Castaway Island at TY Park ($10 - $15 Spending Money is Optional).
- Reminder: ALL students will need 1) Swimwear and Aquatic Shoes/Sandals; 2) a Change Of Clothes; 3) Sunscreen (recommended); and 4) a Labeled-Towel.
- Parents are NOT permitted to ride on the bus NOR be with an EM Camp group, however, parents can be present at the Castaway Island facility (if they desire).
- No EM Staff or students will remain at the Weston Community Center because all EM Staff are needed to maintain a group ratio of no more than 1:10.
- Students attending the field trip on Friday, March 28th will receive a Camp T-Shirt(s)
- Buses will return to the Weston Community Center between 3:45pm and 4:00pm
THURSDAY DETAILS-NEEDS: 03/27/25
- Reminder: ALL parents MUST come to the EM Desk located in the Lobby Area in order to SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
- Students can purchase novelty ice cream (e.g. Snow Cones, Sponge Bob) from The Ice Cream Station ($3-$5 is needed)
FRIDAY DETAILS-NEEDS: 03/28/25 -
URBAN AIR FIELD TRIP
- Students will first participate in various activities as well as eat their lunch, and then ALL students will depart on the bus at 12:00pm to Urban Air in Coral Springs ($10 - $15 Spending Money is Optional).
- Parents are NOT permitted to ride on the bus NOR be with an EM Camp group, however, parents can be present at the Urban Air facility (if they desire).
- No EM Staff or students will remain at the Weston Community Center because all EM Staff are needed to maintain a group ratio of no more than 1:10.
- Reminder: ALL students MUST have 1) a Paid the Urban Air Entry Fee; 2) a Completed the Urban Air Waiver; and 3) their EM Camp T-Shirt on.
- Buses will return to the Weston Community Center between 3:45pm and 4:00pm
