- Proper Running form to maximize speed and stamina

- Endurance techniques to increase stamina
PRACTICED SKILLS:
- Identify the difference between the various events
- Stretches and techniques to improve all around running ability
- Techniques and exercises to increase speed and acceleration
- Techniques and exercise to increase endurance and stamina
FINAL PROJECT:
Compete (e.g. run a 100m dash) in a track meet against EM Track and Field participants from a different school/site
