Focus, Friendship, Fortitude, and Fun during our EM Drumline Practice Sessions; and have shown 
leadership potential within their instrument section.  

Meet the Students

Week 03/07/2022 - 03/11/2022

Annaly Fernandez Teusen

Grade: 5th


Our instructors, Mr. Cooper and Mr.Mota chose Annaly from the bass section. Annaly was chosen when she showed focus, fortitude, and friendship in our last practice session. Annaly showed focus by coming to her session extra early and she is able to learn special drumming tricks with our instructors. Annaly shows leadership and focuses as she helps her fellow drumline team to stay in tempo. 

Isabella Bittencourt de Oliveira

Grade: 2nd


Our instructors, Mr. Cooper and Mr.Mota chose Isabella from the cymbals section when she showed great focus at our practice session. Isabella recently joined the snares section and quickly picked up the lesson and the first four measures of the final performance piece. 

Jacob Jones

Grade: 2nd


Our instructors, Mr. Cooper and Mr. Mota chose Jacob Jones from the Tenors section because Jacob is always focused and ready to learn when he comes to each session. Jacob shows friendship He comes with an enthusiastic spirit that supports his entire team.
