MONDAY DETAILS-NEEDS: 06/16/25
- Sunday, June 15th is the DEADLINE to complete the Week 2-Field Trip Payment and Submit the Field Trip Form for All Trips
- ALL parents MUST come to the EM Desk located at the Pre-K Entry Gate in order to SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
- Digital devices that are used inappropriately (e.g. during activities) will be confiscated and then returned at Dismissal
- Digital devices (e.g. cellphone) brought by students can only be used during Sign-In, Lunch, Rec. Time, and Sign-out
- Parents are asked not to pack their child(ren) bagged lunches or snacks that contain peanut products (Optional)
- STEAM-Summer Hours Are From 9:00am to 3:00pm; Students Cannot Be Dropped And Signed In Before 8:30am
- ALL students MUST have a completed Field Trip Form regardless of whether they are attending any field trips
- ALL parents MUST present their ID when they come to STEAM-Summer to SIGN-OUT their child(ren)
- Pick Up Starts at 3:00pm and STEAM CLOSES at 3:30PM; students MUST be picked up on time
- Medications are NOT stored nor administered by EM Staff
- Parents are NOT permitted beyond the Entry Gate
- No microwaves are available for bagged lunches
TUESDAY DETAILS-NEEDS: 06/17/25 - MOBILE ICE CREAM STATION
- Reminder: ALL parents MUST come to the EM Desk located at the Pre-K Entry Gate in order to SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT their child(ren)

THURSDAY DETAILS-NEEDS: 06/19/25 - SPAREZ BOWLING ALLEY FIELD TRIP
- ALL students will board the bus at 9:00am in order to depart for the Sparez Bowling Alley and Dairy Queen afterwards ($10 - $15 Spending).
- Parents are NOT permitted to ride on the bus NOR be with a STEAM group, however, parents can be present at the facility (if they desire).
- No EM Staff or students will remain at Eagle Point ES because all EM Staff are needed to maintain a group ratio of no more than 1:10.
- Reminder: ALL students MUST have 1) a Paid Field Trip Fee; 2) a Completed the Field Trip Form; and 3) their STEAM T-Shirt on.
- Students will eat lunch (i.e. Pizza and a Beverage) at the Bowling Alley
- Buses will return to Eagle Point ES between 2:30pm and 3:00pm
FRIDAY DETAILS-NEEDS: 06/20/25
- Reminder: ALL parents MUST come to the EM Desk located at the Pre-K Entry Gate in order to SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT their child(ren)

- Students will need 1) Swimwear and Aquatic Shoes; 2) a Change Of Clothes; 3) Sunscreen; and 4) a Labeled-Towel for Water Day
