FAQ: Refunds

  • Are missed or unused enrichment classes refunded?

    Missed or unused on-campus Enrichment Classes (e.g. STEAM Club, FOCUS Hour)  are not refundable for any reason other than an injury that prevents participation (e.g. sprain, broken bone), a doctor's note, or a canceled class that is not rescheduled.

  • Can my refund be returned to a lost/canceled card?

    Our Accounting Department cannot process a refund back to a card that has been lost/canceled.  In cases such as this, a certified check will be processed and mailed to the customer.

  • How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

    If a refund has been approved (according to EM Refund Policies), the Accounting Department  processes the refund transaction, which typically takes 5-10 business days to return to the customer's card.

  • Are STEAM-Summer/Spring payments refundable?

    STEAM-spring payments are not refundable after February 28th.


    STEAM-summer payments are not refundable after May 1st.


    STEAM-summer/spring payments can be credited towards another EM Service (e.g. STEAM Club, FOCUS Hour Program)

  • Are student discharges refunded?

    If a student is discharged from an Enrichment Club by Enrichment Masters, the parent receives a refund for unattended classes of a Payment Cycle that hasn't begun (e.g. If a student was discharged on 09/23/24, during the 2nd Payment Cycle, then the paid classes of the 3rd Payment Cycle will be refunded)
