  • What happens after I register my child(ren) into STEAM-Summer/Spring

After a parent/guardian has completed Step 1 (i.e. Registration Fee) and Step 2 (i.e. Pay For Weeks) for their child(ren), the following will occur:

    1. They will immediately be emailed their Receipts

    2. One week before their child(ren) are scheduled to start their STEAM-Summer/Spring Sessions, parents/guardians will be emailed the Daily Details for that week (See Example)

    3. Parents/guardians will also receive any forms (e.g. Field Trip Waivers) that are needed for that week

    4. Parents will be notified when the Field Trip Payment will need to be made

  • Can a student walk or ride their bike home at 3pm (i.e. dismissal)?

Parents/guardians must 1st understand that there are NO Cross Guards present during STEAM-Summer/Spring dismissal.

As such, if a student who is at least in the 4th Grade can walk or ride their bike home if 1) the parent/guardian gives written consent (via email) for the student to walk/ride home; and 2) they confirm that they understand that NO Crossing Guards will be present during dismissal and such, Enrichment Masters is not responsible for the student's safety once the student leaves the campus

** In these cases an EM Instructor usually will attempt to call the parent/guardian in order to notify them that the student has left the campus and is on the way home

  • Can incoming Kindergarten students attend STEAM-summer?

Unfortunately, STEAM-summer is not open to incoming Kindergarteners (i.e. recently finished Pre-K).

Exceptions are only granted if the incoming Kindergarten student has an older incoming 1st - 6th grade sibling who is attending STEAM-summer.

  • Can students with special needs or disabilities register?

Students with special needs or disabilities who attend  school classes (i.e. without an Aid, Para, Specialist, or Teacher's Assistant) of ratios that range between 1:10 and 1:25 can be registered into STEAM-summer/spring.

**Note 1: Enrichment Masters is not a childcare program nor a program that is open to the general public,, and as such does not store or adminster medications or provide accommodations (e.g. Aids).

**Note 2: If it is determined by an Enrichment Masters Supervisor (not EM Instructor) that a student with special needs requires accommodations that Enrichment Masters does not offer, then the student will be discharged and a partial-refund processed (if applicable).

  • What type of activities will students participate in?

  • How much are STEAM-summer/spring field trips?

The entry price for field trips is paid separately because the price varies by trip.  Since most field trip venues offer discounted-rates for groups, our desire is to not overcharge parents for trips that might cost less than the standard rate.  As such, field trip prices are updated weekly.

Typically, the Field Trip Entry Fee payments range between $15 - $25 Per Student

  • How do I register for STEAM-Summer/Spring?

Registration for our STEAM-summer/spring  is only available online.

STEAM-summer/spring services operate Monday through Friday (typically from 8:30am - 3:30pm).

To reserve a spot for your child(ren), parents/guardians need to complete both Step 1 (i.e. the Family-Registration Fee) and Step 2 (i.e. Pay For Weeks).

Note: Paying just the Registration Fee (i.e. Step 1) does not reserve a student's spot

  • Can I register on-campus or over the phone?

No.  All registrations must be completed online (i.e. on the Enrichment Masters website)

  • Is there a discount for registering siblings?

There are currently no sibling discounts available for registering siblings into STEAM-summer/spring.

  • Do students have to attend field trips?

All STEAM Staff attend the field trips in order to maintain a small-group ratio of 1:10 and no one remains at the  STEAM-summer/spring location.

Any K-5th grade students who are not attending the weekly field trip will need to remain home or be picked up early (i.e. before the bus leaves).

Parents that opt to keep their child home are not eligible to receive a refund

  • Can purchased weeks be switched?

A Switch Request must be submitted (in writing via email to info@enrichmentmasters.com) at least one week in advance.

STEAM-Summer/Spring Payments are non-refundable, but can be credited toward a different EM Service (if available)

  • Can any adult register a student?

Students can only be registered by the parent/guardian, unless consent has been give by the parent/guardian for another adult (e.g. grandparent) to register the student?

  • How many spaces are available?

There are ONLY 20 spaces available for K-1st and ONLY 20 spaces  available for  2nd-5th in an enrichment club (e.g. STEAM Club)

Our camps typically have a 50-Student Cap.

  • Who is responsible for lunch?

Parents are responsible for providing participants of STEAM-summer/spring i.e. their child(ren)) with the lunch and/or snacks
