At the completion of their first 20 FOCUS Hour classes, students will demonstrate their understanding of the Food Science industry and its related career pathways. They will also apply key skills acquired in Business, Budgeting, Innovation, and more to collaboratively develop, market, and sell a product (related to the Food Science industry) they have both created and manufactured.

The student-developed Product for this final project includes, but is not limited to freshly-made Flavored Lemonades (e.g. Mango Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade) and specialized-Rice crispy Treats, which will be available for purchase by students, family, and friends during a FOCUS Hour showcase/event.

Profits will be donated as well as used towards future FOCUS Hour student-Products/Events
