Leadership Skills, as well as other
Business Fundamentals and
Entrepreneurial Concepts in order to develop their own
Products,
Services, and/or
Events that classmates, family, and friends can support through purchase.
Innovation & Creativity
Students in
1ST – 5TH Grade learn about the
Creative Process,
Brainstorming,
Prototyping,
Testing, and
Presenting in order to
Design Products,
Invent Digital or Fabricated Tools,
Develop Helpful Services, and
Reimagine Popular Items (e.g. Gadgets) that can solve real-world problems.
Research & Study Habits
Students in 1ST – 5TH Grade learn about Standard Research Methods, Data Integrity, Accuracy, Defining Clear Objectives, Planning, Distraction Reduction, and other Best Practices in order to develop personalized Schedules, Checklists, Action Plans, and other Organization Tools that help ensure personal or team-related Tasks/Goals are completed within a designated time frame.
Finance & Budget
Students in 1ST – 5TH Grade learn about Profitability, Accounting Terms, Budgeting Basics, Financial Statements, and other Financial Management Fundamentals in order to create Operating Budgets, Projections, and Profit & Loss Statements for their Final Project (i.e. student-developed Product/Event).
Service Learning
Students in 1ST – 5TH Grade learn about the Stages Of Service Learning 1) Investigating School/Community Needs, 2) Planning and Designing Attainable Service Projects, 3) Taking Action, 4) Reflection, and 5) Celebration, in order to conduct School Cleanups, Donation Drives, Recycling Initiatives, and other Service Learning Projects that positively impact the school and/or community.
